Paruna Wildlife Sanctuary, Avon Valley

The Numbat trail is a beautiful scenic 12 km loop walk with steep stepped paths and an elevation of 495m. Walking poles are recommended. Bring plenty of water as none is available on site. Paruna is owned and managed by AWC, an entrance fee of $10 pp applies. Due to the terrain this is a full day walk and classified as hard. Members and Visitors who are proposing to attend this walk are reminded that in accordance with the Club’s COVID-19 vaccination policy they may only participate if they have proof that they have been double vaccinated.
