Walking is a year round activity. Bushwalkers of Western Australia Inc (BOWA) based in Perth has a complete annual programme. In Winter (May to October) longer walks of up to 20km in length are undertaken. These require a full day and most of the information about walking presented here applies to these walks. From time to time the Winter programme will include, for variety, a shorter half day walk.  In Summer members maintain fitness by shorter walks around the Perth environs which are completed before midday. On almost every Sunday of the year it is possible to sample the experience of walking with our club. How do I get started?

Description

Join us at Albany for our annual Autumn camp with walks in Gull Rock NP, out to Bald Head and a walk along Marine Drive Scenic Path into Albany returning via Mt Clarence and Mt Adelaide.
Walks are planned for Monday the 3rd, Tues 4th and Wed 5th of April.
You might like to join us for a meal out at a restaurant one night and a communal BBQ on another.
Accommodation this year will be at the Rose Gardens Holiday Park, 45 Mermaid Ave, EMU POINT. Rose Gardens has chalets plus powered and unpowered sites. 
You may wish to come down early and enjoy some other activities around Albany. 
April 7th is Easter Friday and the start of the school holidays so likely to be busy.

Kalamunda to Trails Hub Cafe
