Tram and Dam - a walk to Victoria Dam

This 15 km historical walk takes us along the Kattamordo Heritage Trail to the site of Masons Mill and follows the route of the Mason and Bird wooden horse-drawn tramway to the 1871 bridge across Munday Brook. We follow the ups and downs of the winding Brook through pretty wandoo bushland, and visit the old Victoria dam wall and the new Victoria Dam. We will stop for morning tea and lunch. Note that the trail along Munday Brook can be very slippery in wet conditions.  Members and Visitors who are proposing to attend this walk are reminded that in accordance with the Club’s COVID-19 vaccination policy they may only participate if they have proof that they have been double vaccinated.
