Early Birds' Lake Claremont Circuit

A short spell of cooler weather ... so a pleasant c.12 km half day walk through southern Bold Park and on to a circuit of Lake Claremont (a conservation category wetland with diverse birdlife) before returning through Mt Claremont to Perry Lakes. It will be a reasonably paced, generally flat walk with three short steepish sections. Morning tea will be at or by the Teebox Cafe overlooking the Lake Claremont Golf Course. Note the 7.30am departure time. Members and Visitors who are proposing to attend this walk are reminded that in accordance with the Club’s COVID-19 vaccination policy they may only participate if they have proof that they have been double vaccinated.
